Help Us Make the Most of Your Cleaning Time
Before We Arrive
Your recurring cleaning is designed to maintain your home consistently. Having the home ready before we arrive allows our cleaning specialists to spend more time cleaning and less time moving personal belongings.
Pick Up Personal Items
Please remove clothing, toys, shoes and personal belongings from floors and cleaning surfaces.
Why?
This helps our team avoid spending cleaning time organizing or moving personal items, so we can focus on the actual cleaning.
Clear Excessive Clutter
Keep countertops, tables and other cleaning areas reasonably accessible.
Why?
When surfaces are clear, our team can clean more efficiently and give those areas the attention they need instead of working around excessive clutter.
Secure Valuables
Our cleaning specialists are background checked and trained to respect your home and belongings. However, for everyone's protection, our team is instructed not to handle items that appear valuable, delicate, or sensitive.
Please securely store cash, jewelry, important documents, medications, and other valuables before your appointment.
Why?
If our team identifies an item they believe should not be moved or touched, they may leave that area untouched rather than risk damaging or misplacing something important.
Provide Access (If Necessary)
If no one will be home, please make sure we have the correct key, door code, gate code, lockbox information, or building instructions before the appointment.
If you will be home, please keep an eye on your phone around your scheduled arrival window in case our team sends an “On the Way” notification or needs help accessing the property.
Why?
Having access ready helps prevent delays and allows your scheduled cleaning time to be used for cleaning.
Secure Pets (If Necessary)
We love pets and are always happy to see them!
For everyone's safety and to help our team stay focused while working, please keep pets in a secure and comfortable area during the cleaning whenever possible.
Why?
This helps prevent pets from accidentally getting outside, coming into contact with cleaning equipment or products, or moving through areas while they are being cleaned.
Special Notes by Area
Kitchen
Before we arrive, please:
- Remove dirty dishes from the sink when possible.
- Put away food and groceries.
- Keep countertops reasonably accessible.
- Make sure the sink and stovetop can be reached easily.
- Everyday appliances and regularly used kitchen items can stay in place.
Bathrooms
Before we arrive, please:
- Remove clothing and used towels from the floor.
- Store medications and sensitive personal items.
- Keep sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets accessible.
- Reduce excessive products on countertops when possible.
Bedrooms
Before we arrive, please:
- Pick up clothing, shoes, toys, and personal belongings from the floor.
- Keep areas around the bed accessible for vacuuming or mopping.
- Secure personal or valuable items.
Need us to change the bed linens?
If linen changing is included in your service, please leave the clean sheets clearly visible on the bed.
Living Areas
Before we arrive, please:
- Pick up toys, clothing, blankets, and loose personal items.
- Keep floors and commonly cleaned surfaces accessible.
- Secure fragile or valuable decorations.
There is no need to move heavy furniture before your appointment.
Good to know:
You don't need to completely clear your home before we arrive. Our goal is simply to have the main cleaning areas accessible so your scheduled time can be focused on cleaning.

Our recurring cleaning is designed to consistently maintain your home. Our team will focus on the cleaning tasks included in your selected recurring service, including the appropriate kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living area, surface, and floor maintenance.
Your exact cleaning scope may vary based on your recurring plan, approved add-ons, and any instructions listed on your account.
Pedro and rhe Green Team did such a good job for my move out. It was a small space but needed a lot of work as it has old tile flooring and older bathroom tiles. They made it look like new!!! I am so impressed and grateful! This is my second time using them for a move out (my last was a bigger apartment) and they did another amazing job.

We’ve used this company a few times before and they usually have a rotating system end. This time we had Alfredo & Pedro work on our house and they did an absolutely fantastic job . They were prompt, professional, and went above and beyond. They even cleaned the blinds without us asking. Very happy with their work. Highly recommend!

My experience with NG solutions today was great. They were very kind, knowledge and fast. They cleaned my house exceptionally great. We had moved in 6 months ago and with the babies we really didn't have the time to do a deep clean and with the mishap of with the blow-in insulation (company not to be named) my house was full of fiberglass. NG Solutions came in with there post construction cleaning and vacuumed, wiped down and sanitized my whole house within a few hours. I finally feel safe for my family and I to live in a clean house.
